| How do I book a party ? | |
Come along to our shop and we will be happy to show you around our wonderful 'Enchanted Kingdom' birthday party venue. You may, however, book your party by telephone and recommend that this is done well in advance of the birthday month to secure the date and time that you require as our diary gets very full. However there are occasions when short notice parties are available.

| Where are the parties held ? | |
Our Premier and Mini Parties are held in our 'Enchanted Kingdom' venue, which is situated to the rear of our shop, complete with hand painted décor, elaborate thrones and scene setters, make-up and craft stations and not forgetting our delightful tea-tables.

What times do the premier parties run from ? |
|
Saturday's: We can also provide weekday term time and school holiday parties.

| Is there a maximum attendance ? | |
Our premier parties are priced and scheduled for 20 children and our mini parties for 10 children. If you wish for a higher number to attend then each extra child will incur an additional cost of £10.00 per head. If a sibling or relation is expected to participate, please include them in the final guest list.

| When do you need the final Guest List ? | |
We need to know the first names of the children that will be attending approximately 7 days prior to the event, in writing, in order to personalise the activities that will take place. We cannot take names over the phone as spelling mistakes can happen and it is important that we get each certificate and name badge correct!

| What should the children wear ? | |
Your character entertainers dress in a theme related costume and children are encouraged to do the same. Fairytale costumes are available for purchase in our shop. Mum’s and Dad’s please feel free to enter into the spirit as well as we welcome parent participation. There will be plenty of photographic opportunities – so don’t forget the camera. Video recording is not permitted

| Can other parents stay for the party ? | |
Our parties work best without the presence of too many adults in attendance as they can be a distraction to the activities and smooth running of the event, along with health and safety issues. However, we do have a 'Coffee Corner' located in our retail shop where they are very welcome to stay and enjoy some refreshment whilst the children are in the party. Space in our Coffee Corner is restrictive so we would advise you to leave your pushchairs in the car.

| What happens if I cancel my booking ? | |
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking with us, your deposit paid is non-refundable. Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the event will be liable for payment in full.

| Additional Policies | |
Once Upon A Party, and it's employees, accept no responsibility for any accidents, damages or allergic reactions stemming from any activity before, during or after the event. Once Upon A Party will provide you with fully trained staff, a fully equipped venue and fully insured working practices with regards to health and safety. We require that a parent or other responsible adult from your party is present throughout the duration of the party. |
