Information for our Guests

Your child has been invited to a magical event in our Enchanted Kingdom at Once Upon A Party. Our party venue is situated at the back of the Swan Centre, just outside and opposite Argos. We advise you to make use of the Swan Centre car park. This car park shuts 30 minutes after the shops have closed so bear this in mind if the party finishes after usual shopping mall hours.

The birthday child has a limited number of guests to invite, so your earliest reply or refusal to the party parent is appreciated. Please bear in mind that if no reply is received it will be assumed that your child is unable to attend and his/her name will be removed from the list.

If your child has an unusual spelling of their name, please inform the party parent (as certificates are issued) along with any known allergies or intolerances including food, make-up or glue.

Our events are quite unique and unlike most venues, parents and uninvited siblings cannot stay in the party venue as we do not have adequate facilities for extra numbers. The children will also engage in our activities much better without parental distraction and background noise.

We do have a seated area located in our retail shop where you are very welcome to stay and enjoy some refreshment whilst your child is in the party.

Please have your mobile contact details ready when you sign your child in at our venue.

The birthday child and the party parent’s enjoyment are of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your co-operation with our regulations by helping to make their celebration a special one.
